Refund & Return Policy

At Cards Loomia, we strive to deliver premium collectible products, including our official DEVAVEIL TCG cards, booster displays, and expansion packs. Because our items are highly collectible and vulnerable to secondary market manipulation, we maintain a strict refund and return policy to protect the integrity of the game.

1. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation and full refund of your order before it has entered our packaging and shipping phase (typically within 2 hours of placing the order). Once an order has been processed, shipped, or left our fulfillment center, we are unable to cancel or alter it.

2. Strictly Non-Returnable Items

Due to the inherent nature of Trading Card Games (TCGs), we strictly prohibit returns, exchanges, or refunds for any of the following items if they have been opened, unsealed, or tampered with:

  • Individual booster packs.
  • Booster display boxes (if the original factory shrink-wrap or security seal is broken, cut, or removed).
  • Starter decks, collector tins, expansion boxes, or promo packs.
  • Individual single cards.

* Note: This policy is strictly enforced to prevent card weighing (using scales to determine rare foil distributions), pack mapping, card swapping, and pack resealing. We guarantee all our shipped boxes are direct from the factory and free from tampering.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged during transit or contains a major manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video that clearly displays:

  • The intact shipping label and courier tracking code on the outer package.
  • The physical opening of the outer courier shipping box.
  • The condition of the inner product boxes and items.

Without this unboxing video, we reserve the right to decline claims for transit damage or missing items, as mandated by our insurance partners. Normal manufacturing variances, such as slight card centering offset or foil curling due to ambient humidity, are standard across the card printing industry and do not qualify as defective items.

4. Approved Returns & Shipping Fees

For approved returns of unopened, factory-sealed products:

  • You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You must use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • A restocking fee of 10% may be deducted from your final refund amount.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned item is received, inspected, and approved by our quality control team, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or net banking payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
