Signing up for our waitlist does not guarantee the purchase of physical trading cards, booster boxes, or collector items. Early-access privileges and waitlist allocations are distributed at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to filter out duplicate, automated, or bot-generated email sign-ups.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to the original hand-drawn mythological artwork, card designs, names (such as DEVAVEIL TCG, Cards Loomia, Panchadevata, Mahabharata Saga, and Ramayana Chronicles), layout templates, card text, rulebooks, symbols, logo designs, icons, graphics, and underlying source code, is the exclusive property of Cards Loomia.

These works are protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, international copyright treaties, and other trademark and intellectual property regulations. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to view the site content for personal, non-commercial use.
